Well the kids are back to school on Monday so I’m assuming if you’ve been making excuses that Monday will see you face the challenge and DETOX. I spoke about detox last time so you know what to do. No FRUIT, NO CAFFEINE , NO SUGAR, NO WHITE FOOD.
LOTS OF WATER, REFINED LOW GOOD GL CARBS AND PROTEIN. THIS IS WHAT WILL SUSTAIN YOUR SUGAR LEVELS AND STOP YOU CRASHING AND BINGING.
The BINGE is to be avoided at all costs, nibbling on your snacks will stave off hunger and retain a balanced sugar level. At this point you all know that this works so don’t try to convince yourself that it doesn’t.
