Hi Folks,

Well what fantastic results that are pouring in , you have all really excelled yourselves. paul is down a whopping two stone, john is 24lbs down and still losing. maria is into her third stone and Jean lost 6lbs in the first week., there must be something in the water… Well never a truer word spoken. yes water is essential s a component in this diet and indeed any diet. it flushes the toxins from your body and it reminds you that you are trying to steer well away from caffeine and sugar.

Water is a great habit to take on board. You will automatically go for it when you get hungry and it will fill you up. By being hydrate you will feel energised, your brain will be working quicker and your skin will start to glow. it only ta`kes 7 weeks to break a habit and create a new one. start today, start drinking more water than you do now . you will be very happy if you do….
