Hi Folks,

Summer officially has begun and it’s a great feeling. You guys are all working on losing those extra pounds and you will enjoy the sunshine all the more.

Remember that you need to drink copious amounts of water. The more water the better. It really will make a difference to your life if you do. It fills you up and it makes you feel less bloated as it rids and flushes the toxins from your body.

Exercise is an absolutely essential element of the diet and what we ask is that you engage in an exercise that you would like to continue with.  This is the way to build the habit and it’s a habit that you want to form.
