Well it’s all steam ahead, just been to the opening of a fabulous new restaurant in Clontarf, The Pigeon House. There is a fantastic chef at the helm there, Brian , he is amazing, what simple fresh, organic dieter friendly food he produces. He is the ultimate and I truly believe it will be very difficult to outdo his culinary skills.

We had fresh crab served on a fine home baked tortilla with a pesto dressingf …simply divine, he also serves a really lovely overcooked duck on a bed of super salads, pulses and beetroot. Divine…

Yes we had a couple of glasses of Brendan’s favourite tipple Prosecco to wash it all down, and yes it went down very well. The problem is when you are indulging you sometines forget there’s work to face tomorrow. Also this blog, forgive me if I’m straying …got to get focused now…
