Well we missed April Fools day so you can relax we wont be not playing silly games with you. I hope you are all sticking closely to the plan. As I said you may go a little wild at the weekend. So be good now. Eat 5 times a day and dont stray …

Remember that you must stay off all FRUIT for the first 10 days and after that anything with a berry in it’s name is Ok to add to the diet. Blue berries are paricularly good in teh morning so sprinkle them on your meusli- absolutely divine, believe me ….fruit can be loaded with sugar and too much will play havoc with your blood siugar levels – not something you want to do. If you do this you will have sugar cravings…..

Exercise is an essential element of the diet. You must become more activve , it is really important. The more you exercise the more of a life habit it will beome.it is very easy to stay a couch potato. THIS IS NOT TO HAPPEN…

Wtaer as many glasses asyou can drink a day … they will flush all the toxins from your body ,,, believe me!!!
