Well hope you all had a great Taylor Made Lifestyle weekend and that you stuck with the TMD lifestyle Plan. Remember that this is your opportunity to just allow yourself the chance to lose the weight without thinking. You must eat everything we give you, you must eat five times a day and you must drink copious amounts of water.

Water is the secret ingredient,  that together with the removal of bad sugars from your diet will enable you to lose weight.
