Well the week is almost over and you should be well on track again. There is no reason why you are not down 3-4 pounds every week if you are sticking with the plan. I suggest you go on-line onto our website and track and monitor your loss. It’s a really great boost to the confidence and a great for the morale to record the weight loss. In your welcome pack you also received paper copies of the record sheet so use it.
Water I can’t stress how important water is. It’s recommended that you drink 2 large glasses of water when you first wake up. This will fill your stomach and create a full feeling. This will prevent you over indulging. So as soon as you wake start drinking your water. With eight glasses to take its a great boost to have two over before breakfast.
Fruit is another foolish mistake we make. We are controlling our sugar intake. Grapes are full of sugar so is pineapple. Don’t be fooled or fool yourself. YOU DO KNOW. Berries are fine and natural yoghurt on your muesli.
