I just wanted to say a big thank you. Finally a diet that doesn’t feel like a diet. The food is great and the results are even better. I lost 10lb in 3 weeks and felt as though there was no effort involved to achieve it. The best thing about the diet is that I was eating real food, just in sensible portions and It totally transformed my unhealthy approach to food, this was the most important thing for me. I had lost all concept of portion size before I started the Taylor made diet. I noticed after the first week felt good and had more energy than ever so this helped to motivate me to exercise too. “Tmd diet has changed my life! I’m 29 and have always been over weight, now I’m 4 stone lighter in 5 months and on target to losing my goal, 5 stone!
