Hi Folks,

Well I hope you are all focused now and sticking firmly with the Taylor made Diet plan. remember that you must eat 5 times a day. You MUST eat everything we deliver to you and at the times suggested on your menu of the day.

you must drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.Stay clkear of all while foods when possible , while usually suggests refined sugar and is to be avoided at all costs.

Remember that exercise is an integral part of the plan. We expect you to engage in daily exercise, something you enjoy doing nd something that you want to spend time doing. Take up something simple don’t try to force yourself as I have to become a reluctant gym attended or a zumba dancer. You have to enjoy the activity and you have to want to do it. YOU ARE FORMING A NEW LIFELONG HABIT. this takes time but after three weeks it should be formed and a part of your routine.
