Well we are sailing nicely though January. Those of you who started first week are at thsi stage able to start eating fruit. Now be sensible and be careful. You can only eat berries, thats resberries, blueberries, strawberries . No grapes, pineapple or bananas, they are too high on the GL scale and carry too much sugar.
Water as always is key to success. Drink copious amounts . Don’t allow yourself to be swayed , keep drinking. Remember it’s flushing the toxins away and filling your stomach. You will stave off hunger pangs by drinking lots and lots of water. Remember you go nowhere without your bottle of still water at arms length ALWAYS.
Your snacks and omega 3 pack are a tasty and vital part of the day. They tell your body that food is always coming so your body does not go into survival mode holding onto your fat as a stored reserve . We want your body to let the fat go. You really must educate the body to know that there will be no starvation on this diet and you will see the pounds melt away.
