Well I hope you havent overdone everything on the bank holiday. If you have do not despair, just accept that it has happened and get ready to focus again and to be excited at the prospect of losing weight.

Drink copious amounts of water and avoid sugar at all costs. You really need to do this to get yourself into weight loss mode.

Exercise is another essential part of The Tailormade diet and you must engage in meaningful exercise that you enjoy in order to lose the additional weight.
